About

Health Innovation Press (HIP) is a dynamic academic publisher committed to advancing high-quality research and global scholarly communication in the fields of health, medicine, nursing, and allied sciences. Established with a mission to support open-access publishing, HIP emphasizes innovation, ethical integrity, and international collaboration. We provide a trusted platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to share evidence-based knowledge and contribute to impactful scientific progress.

HIP upholds international publishing standards and peer review ethics, striving for maximum indexing and visibility. Our publications aim to reach a wide audience and create meaningful change in scientific and clinical communities.

Our Story

Founded in 2024 by Abdulmalik Fareeq Saber, Health Innovation Press was born from a clear vision: to empower researchers in Iraq and the broader Middle East with a platform that matches international publishing excellence. Seeing the gap in accessible, ethical, and globally visible publishing opportunities, Abdulmalik launched HIP to bring together scholarly voices under a transparent and forward-looking publishing model.

In 2025, HIP launched its first journal, Health Innovation Reports, which was quickly indexed in Google Scholar and Scilit. A formal application to the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) is also underway. Building on this success, HIP will be expanded in 2026 with the launch of two additional journals, and by 2040, it aims to manage a portfolio of at least 15 peer-reviewed, internationally indexed journals.
